I’m Brent Madison, and I have been sharpening knives and shears professionally since 2020. I am a professional property photographer and needed something else I could do during the time our state was under lockdown.

I learned knife sharpening from my brother using stones, then progressed to a Tormek wet wheel.

Since then, I have been hired by the Waikoloa Hilton in the F&B department to service all their staff knives and also property managers from homes in Kukio and Hualalai.

I’ve also sharpened professional hair cutting and dog grooming shears, seamstress shears, and several high-end knives for both professional and home chefs.

I can sharpen all knives and repair tips or edges; however, I do not sharpen serrated knives or chainsaw blades.
